Baldman publishes links to sites like zippyshare and mega on forums like Steam Underground and Exelab. Scene groups pack their releases by scene ISO rules (including both the game and the files needed to play that copy), then upload the files (RAR, NFO, SFV) to an FTP site, and then join that FTP's affiliated IRC channel where they can tell a prebot to move the file from the site's upload directory to its intended directory on the FTP, accessible to other people. That pre is announced by bots to other IRC channels where bots in those channels begin watching FTP sites they have access to for that release to be available to them. Then the bots grab it and begin uploading it to other FTPs, some of these bots are operated by private torrent trackers or their member and are used to create a torrent and automatically upload it/add it to a seedbox torrent client. The multi-part archives form a sort of primitive federated p2p where bots will upload a handful of the RAR parts to fill in what is missing from one FTP. The main difference between CPY/STEAMPUNKS and Baldman is not ability, just that Baldman does not have access to that infrastructure, his releases are not published in a manner which allows them to be automatically copied and distributed across the Web.

The only way to get access to that infrastructure is to know someone who can get you affiliation with an FTP/IRC site which bots watch for new releases which will be spread to other FTP/IRC sites. That said, Baldman's cracks are notable enough (since they are for games with Denuvo) that they should be preserved and available well into the future. Other non-scene groups like THETA will probably see their releases fade into obscurity. These 'v3' cracks (I guess referring to his internal methodology/tools) as he calls them are probably proper cracks which should work on future operating systems and all hardware. The original NieR and SGW3 cracks he put out were sophisticated dumps of legitimate running copies of the game and contained licensing information from the Steam account which bought them. I haven't taken apart any of the 'v3' cracks, but as long as they do not do that they would likely be considered proper cracks as far as scene ISO rules are concerned.
