They give me a CS to take my complain but they ask questions again n bla bla bla. Nb: i asked very simple question n when they will solve it. The end the CS said that he understood n will solve it as soon as possible.

But until now it’s not happening. I just don’t understand. They are big company but looks like they don’t eager to help or care about their customers.
